Examples of events where a Member will be excluded from BonusPoker.com or the rewards will be withheld or denied (this enumeration is not exhaustive):

Where a Member enters incorrect and/or invalid information or details during registration
Where a Member or a third party on behalf of the Member makes an attempt to register more than one account at BonusPoker.com or any Poker Room featured on the web site
Where a Member shares the competition answers or promotional bonus codes and passwords with third parties
Where a Member tries in any other way to lure away other Members from the web site
Where a Member acts in breach of the general Terms and Conditions
Where the Member has acted in another illegal manner with regard to the relationship between the Member and BonusPoker.com.

The decision to block a Member's account with BonusPoker.com is the sole discretion of the web site owners and without being obliged to provide any evidence or to state any reason why a Member will be excluded or why any rewards will be withhold/denied. This is necessary to protect our fraud protection system from being compromised.

POKER ROOM BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

It is the User's responsibility when signing up to a poker room to ensure that all terms and conditions of that room are adhered to, and are not contravening any rules/laws that the poker room or the territory/state/country (in which they are resident) have governing an account such as age or legality to wager on line. If for whatever reason a poker room defaults on its agreement to pay a bonus to you, BonusPoker.com shall not be liable for any outstanding monies owed to any player by that room.

PERSONAL DATA

The month end reports that we receive from the poker rooms are final and BonusPoker.com is unable to enter into any discussion with any online poker room on this issue as this would breach the poker room's player confidentiality rules. If you feel that this data in any given month is wrong, you will need to consult directly with the poker room before talking to BonusPoker.com.

In order for a Member to receive BPC Points, BonusPoker.com needs to access online reports from the Poker Rooms they are affiliated with. These reports in the various forms show some, or a combination, of the following information: Player Name, Player email, Player ID Number, Number of raked hands played, Rake generated in a given month, Overall Rake generated.

By signing up through BonusPoker.com you accept that your rake and other data such as points/hands played will be provided to us by the poker room/casinos with whom we are affiliated. You also accept that we will on occasion, for the purpose of races, freerolls and other leader boards display this data publicly. We will never display or disclose to a third party any other personal data specific to you of your account. Any other data obtained by us will be stored and utilised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENTS

All Poker rooms have the right to withhold bonus payments in the event they believe that there is reason to believe that a player is using their poker account for fraudulent purposes. At no time will we tolerate any level of written or verbal abuse directed at its staff or partners or BPC Members

This includes abusive and racist remarks or anything that may be deemed detrimental, offensive or promoting any political or religious affiliations on our forum and public Members profiles

Any such abuse will, without hesitation or explanation, result in the closure of the offender's account and where possible the forfeiture of any on-going VIP payments or rewards for the life of that account. In addition BonusPoker.com will enter in to no further discussion with the offender.

Deletion of Contributions

BonusPoker.com reserves the right to remove content which negatively affects the respectful interaction between the Members on any areas of the web site in accordance with good internet manners and the code of conduct.

Should a Member publish any kind of content that is copyrighted or under legal protection in any other way (text and/or images) on the Platform - e.g. by publishing the content in the forum, news, comments or the community etc. - the Member authorizes BonusPoker.com to store and publish this content on the web site free of charge as often as desired by BonusPoker.com, at any time or place, making it publicly accessible and held ready for retrieval by a third party. This content (text, images, etc.) will be published only on the Platform it was sent to or it was uploaded onto.

Furthermore, through the contributions, the Member assures that he/she possesses the legal rights of the content posted, and has not transferred and /or disposed them in any other way. Likewise, the Member assures that the content does not violate

- any Personal Rights and the rights of third parties
- any Legal and official provisions and/or prohibitions
- Internet manners and code of conduct (Netiquette, Chatiquette)
- public morals. Therefore, the contributions of the Member must not contain any content perceived as obscene, insulting, defaming, defamatory, pornographic, not fit for minors, racist, xenophobic, or condemnable in any other way.

The Member further assures not to contact other Members of BonusPoker.com in any form, e.g. by email, internet messaging services or in any other way with the aim to lure Members away from the web site. Furthermore, the Member assures to refrain from contacting other Members of the Platform with the intention to make them stop using the services of the web site or of the Poker Sites linked to from BonusPoker.com. Actions/behaviour in contradiction to this clause can result in an exclusion of the Member from the services of the web site.

The Member is liable for all damages sustained by BonusPoker.com and caused by the Member as a result of a violation of the above listed conditions.

BonusPoker.com is unable to control all of the content posted by the Members, especially in the forums or in the community in respect of legality of such content. Any Content found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will be removed immediately. If a Member notices any kind of abusive behaviour of another Member or notices that the content of any contribution to the web site of another Member is in contradiction of the Terms and Conditions of the web site and/or violates any other laws, the Member should contact us by sending an email to support@BonusPoker.com. If the specific contribution of the Member is deemed abusive by us, the contribution will be removed immediately.
